Return information

You may have noticed we have recently launched a new design of our website to improve our customer experience and simplify shopping procedures.

Returning an item to us is quick, easy and free. If for any reason you are not happy with a product you’ve purchased or you have  simply changed your mind, you can return it to us within 30 days for a refund. We will be also happy to exchange the item for you if you have found something that fits your requirements.

We provide pre paid return labels for our customers if its a mirror glass that you have order or running boards. Simply contact us via email or telephone and request one.

If you are unable to print a returns label, we can help you – just contact us, include your order number and reason for return and we’ll send a return label to you.

Please allow up to 5 days for your parcel to reach us – we’ll send you an email to let you know when we’ve got it. If you cannot wait please provide proof of postage and you refund we will made promptly
