Shipping and Delivery

This page covers dispatch and delivery, and what to do if something goes wrong. The full terms are in our shipping policy.

When will my order be dispatched?

Order before 2pm on a working day and we pack and dispatch your order the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm go out the next working day.

You will get an email when your order has been dispatched.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free on every order. Both services cost you nothing and there is no minimum spend.

Which services do you use?

We send parcels two ways. Next Day is a tracked service for UK mainland addresses and aims to deliver on the next working day. Royal Mail Tracked goes as Tracked 24 or Tracked 48, and which one you get depends on where you live. It aims to deliver within about three working days.

Addresses outside the UK mainland go by Royal Mail Tracked.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver within the UK only.

Can I track my parcel?

Every order is tracked. Your tracking number will be in your dispatch email.

My parcel has not arrived. What should I do?

Start with the tracking information and any card left by the carrier. Then look around your property and ask your neighbours. If your order has still not arrived within five working days, email info@less4spares.co.uk with your order number and we will look into it.

We are responsible for your order until it is delivered to you or to someone you have asked to receive it.

My part arrived damaged. What should I do?

Email info@less4spares.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the part and the packaging. Do not fit a damaged part. Your legal rights are not affected.

Can I change my delivery address?

Check your address carefully at checkout. Spotted a mistake? Contact us as soon as possible and quote your order number. We cannot change the address once the order has been dispatched.
