Terms of service
Last updated: 16 September 2026
These terms of service apply to every order you place with Less 4 Spares Ltd through less4spares.co.uk. Please read them before you order. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. About us
less4spares.co.uk is operated by Less 4 Spares Ltd, Packaging House, Wilson Way, Pool, Redruth, Cornwall, TR15 3QN, United Kingdom. VAT number: GB 506984463. Company registration number 07194402, registered in England, with its registered office at the address above.
You can contact us by email at info@less4spares.co.uk or by telephone on 01209 340049.
2. Our products
Product images are for illustration. Before fitting a part, compare its shape, size and features with your original part.
Compatibility information (make, model and year) is provided to help you choose. Vehicles can change specification within a model year, so check the part against your vehicle before fitting it. If you are unsure whether a part fits, contact us before ordering.
3. Placing an order
When you place an order we send you an order confirmation by email. The contract between us is formed at that point.
We may be unable to accept your order, for example because a product is out of stock or there is an error in the price or description. In that case we will tell you and will not charge you. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT. A VAT invoice is available on request. Delivery is free on every order, so the price you see is the price you pay. We accept card payments through Shopify Payments, and PayPal.
If we discover an obvious pricing error after you order, we will contact you. You can then either pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Delivery
Delivery is covered by our shipping policy. The goods are our responsibility until they are delivered to you or to a person you have named to receive them.
6. Your right to cancel and returns
If you are a consumer, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We give you longer than that: you have 30 days from receiving the goods to return them for a full refund. Our refund policy explains how to cancel and return goods, and how refunds work.
7. Faulty goods and warranty
We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, as set out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Our products also carry a 12 month warranty, which does not affect your legal rights. See our warranty page.
8. Fitting and use
Follow the fitting instructions for your part. If you are not confident fitting a part yourself, have it fitted by a qualified mechanic. After fitting mirror glass, check the mirror is secure and adjusted correctly before driving.
You are responsible for making sure your vehicle meets the law when it is used on the road.
9. Our liability to you
If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for breach of your legal rights in relation to the goods.
Our goods are supplied for domestic and private use. If you use them for commercial or business purposes, we are not liable to you for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
Damage caused by fitting a part incorrectly, or by fitting it to a vehicle it is not listed for, is not our responsibility.
10. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible and take steps to reduce the effect. If there is a risk of substantial delay, you may cancel your order and receive a refund for goods you have not received.
11. Your personal data
We use your personal data as set out in our privacy policy.
12. Other important terms
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. If this happens we will tell you, and it will not affect your rights. You may not transfer your rights under these terms to another person without our written agreement.
If a court finds part of these terms unlawful, the rest will continue in force. A delay in enforcing these terms does not stop us enforcing them later.
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones on our website when you placed it.
13. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, you can also bring proceedings in Scotland, and if you live in Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland.
14. Complaints
If you have a complaint, please email info@less4spares.co.uk with your order number and we will do our best to resolve it.
